The subdivision has a board of directors and an architectural control committee, which are elected annually by the property owners.

A quarterly newsletter is published and an updated subdivision telephone directory is available.
**ACC INFORMATION: Mail all signed construction checklists, all forms that apply to your project(s), lot survey (with location of projects) and a detailed description list and drawings of the building materials per ACC Guidelines (please read Guidelines on Website) for all Construction Projects to 6406 Ranch Park Drive, Magnolia, TX 77354 (Back Park Mailbox off of Ranch Park Drive....pull open the unlocked door at the top and drop into incoming mail slot). Allow 30 days for review by the ACC. ACC meets once a month so please allow for time for approval and questions concerning construction projects. Once approved and all forms are complete and deposit is deposited you will receive a permit to hang on your mailbox or tree/post. Please e-mail the ACC with questions and concerns. Please don't forget your deposit checks with your forms. Thank you!
*Please remember that parks are closed after dark. There has been several times when residents or their friends are hanging out late at night or sleeping at the parks. Our Constable has had to ticket several teens and adults. Motor vehicles and motor boats (4 wheelers and other types of off road vehicles) are not allowed on Sendera Ranch Reserves (Lake and Trails). Trails are under construction and in need of some repair so please take caution. If you see motor vehicles on the reserves please call the local Sherriff's department at 936-760-5800 to report them.
***Sendera Ranch's Speed Limit is 30 mph!!!! The new section of Sendera Ranch Drive is 35 mph. Please remember this is a subdivision and not a raceway. Our Constable is out writing tickets for drivers going over 30 mph. Also, please be aware of walkers, horseback riders and bikers trying to enjoy a stroll in the subdivision. It is not pleasant to walk or ride near vehicles flying past you. Be a friendly neighbor and slow down and please tell your teens the same.
